We currently deliver orders across Pakistan.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major cities: 2–4 business days
• Other cities and remote areas: 3–7 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most locations across Pakistan. Please keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (depending on your contact details).

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number and photos of the issue.
